Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We offer free shipping to Canada and United States for all of our standard products. Custom designs and larger projects will be quoted. International customers must contact us for a shipping quote and invoice, the web site will block all orders from International customers who have not contacted us regarding shipping costs.
We produce DIY kits and pre-assembled medallions as they're sold, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipping. We usually ship by FedEx Ground or Canpar (within Canada). Shipping times will vary by location and US customs (when applicable) but average between 2 and 6 business days.
Please note: Our DIY kits and Pre-Assembled inlays require a signature. We will not ship them without a signature requirement. This is to protect our customers from theft. The packages will not be left outside, someone will need to be present to accept the packages. If no one is present, the courier will hold on to it for a few days or attempt another delivery the next day. Arrangements must be made to get it from the courier if no one is available. We do our best to track all packages daily and contact customers promptly if we detect a any issues or failed delivery attempts.
Returns: All of our DIY kits and Pre-Assembled inlays are made to order, so we do not accept returns. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have with our product. For DIY kits, if anything is missing or unsatisfactory, we will always replace the problematic pieces. We also usually include a few spare parts in the box.
